Your comments have helped us to improve and this year the number of customers that were very satisfied with our service has increased by 10% . Thank you to those that took part. Here are some of the improvements you have helped make:
1. Adding value where customers need. The DM300 franking machine is now installed by an engineer. This product was originally in our self-service range of products however you reported back that you wanted additional hands on help to get you started. As a result, we now offer this under our standard installation process which will give the extra support that was requested.
2. You told us that ordering your Advertising Slogans for your franking machine was a painful experience, with too much paperwork to complete. We agreed and have now streamlined this process so that you can design and order your ad slogans quickly and simply online, no more paperwork just click

3. Getting you the right part for your equipment, quickly. We have adapted our service supply chain processes to make sure that all service orders for parts that are placed by 5.30pm are shipped the same day, keeping your equipment downtime to a minimum.
